99% Accurate pregnancy test. We provide lab–quality self-administered pregnancy tests.
Onsite limited ultrasound referral. If the test is positive, we provide a referral for a limited onsite ultrasound which is the best way to confirm whether you are pregnant or not. An ultrasound will determine how far along you are, if the pregnancy is viable, and which options are available to you.
One-on-one Options Counseling session. We can provide you with accurate information about all your options so you can make an informed decision.

Finger Lakes Pregnancy Care offers free counseling regarding your decisions but does not refer for or perform abortions.

We provide care to everyone, regardless of age, gender, income, or immigration status. While we do request a valid ID, a driver’s license is not required to receive services. Your information is always confidential, and we never report anyone’s status. All clients are welcome, including those without insurance or legal documentation.
